Oligospermia is a condition where sperm count is under 20 million/ml. In Ayurveda Oligospermia is described as Shukra Kshaya. Healthy Shukra when get fertilized with female egg then only female can get pregnant. Nowadays Ksheena Shukra Dhatu is the main cause of Infertility. According to Ayurveda when healthy food taken, after digestion then it gets converted into seven Dhatus like rasa, Rakta, Mansa, Medha, Asthi, Majja and Shukra Dhatu. Shukra Kshaya is mainly caused due to eating more spicy & fried food like pizza, burgers, excessive use of tea, coffee, addiction to alcohol, tobacco, and smoking.
